If the player is unable to play due to injury or decommits from the Fifty FC Travel Soccer program:
Before the end of November:
The board may approve a 50% refund to that player from the total travel registration cost.
Before the end of January:
The board may approve a 25% refund to that player from the total travel registration cost.
After the end of January:
There will be no refund given.
Special circumstances may be reviewed by the board on a case by case basis.
